OhKayTracker (“we”, “us”) helps you track your investment portfolio. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address (for sign-in and verification) and an optional display name.
• Your portfolio data: the holdings, deposits/withdrawals, notes, referral links, currency and theme you enter into the app.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP, browser) from our hosting provider for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

• We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Paystack); we only receive whether your subscription is active.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How your data is stored & protected

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and authentication; Vercel for hosting). Each account’s data is isolated by row-level security, so one user cannot read another’s data. Connections are encrypted in transit.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the app: our database/auth host (Supabase), our web host (Vercel), our payment processor (Paystack), and — when enabled — our email provider for account and receipt emails. Each handles data under their own terms. We may disclose data if required by law.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your holdings and account data at any time inside the app.
• You can request full deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
